Maintenance
For your convenience this Portal includes an Electronic Tenant® Service Request System. Your firm's designated tenant contact should use this system to submit all maintenance and housekeeping requests; to track the status of previously submitted requests; and to communicate with the Management Office.
To submit a request via the Electronic Tenant® Service Request System:
- Simply click on one of the links below or use the "Service Request" quick link on the Electronic Tenant® Portal
- Enter your username and password
Once you have logged into the system, you will be presented with four options:
- Submit a Service Request
- View your Existing Requests
- Update Contact Information
- Manage Notifications
