Tenant Alterations

Advance written approval by Building Management is required for any improvements, alterations or additions to the premises. All work must be done by approved, licensed contractors in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and permit requirements. Any work affecting building systems must be done by a contractor pre-approved by Building Management. Contractors/Vendors

We would be pleased to provide the names of contractors and vendors who have done work in the buildings before. All vendors that enter onto the property must provide Building Management with a Certificate of Insurance. Any work affecting building systems must be done by a contractor pre-approved by Building Management.
